Text — The title of the ‘Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’ is at the top left. An ornate block of script at the right states the note is ‘Printed in the time of King Fahd Abd Alaziz Al Saud (servant of the two holy sacred mosques), by the Royal Decree No.6 of 1/7/1379’. (This text is slightly different to that which appeared on the earlier notes.)
Variation – This note, while similar to No.25, has many variations. Some of the principal variations are: the OVD in the centre of the note; the panel of optically variable ink above the portrait, the two ‘stars’ to the right for the visually impaired, and the inclusion of the dates (front and back) in the lower intaglio borders.
