Text — Below the title of the ‘Saudi Arabian Monetary Authoity’ is an ornate block of script that states the note is issued under Royal Decree No.6 of 1/7/1379 during the reign of King Faisal Abdul Aziz al Saud. The text below is a promise by the agency (SAMA) to pay the bearer the relevant number of riyals on request.
