Iraq: Proof 10 Dinar note – Not Issued

This proof note (that has seen some wear and tear) was prepared for issue circa 1989. However, due to the first Gulf War and the subsequent embargoes on trade with Iraq, the notes were not printed. However, the portait of Saddam Hussein is the same as that used on the notes of the first emergency issue.
